passwords have changed since 2.8.2(Mandriva forces a change after so long)

For 2.8.3 Appliance:
user:openemr pass:openemrcool
admin:root pass:rootcool

I keep the logins and passwords in manual section entitled:
'List of Login Names and Passwords'

A fresh install will always run faster. The VMware appliance is more for users who want to try it out or who can't get things set up correctly.

Just go to the below address on your browser, and use the SQL-Ledger 'admin' password(password can be found in Appliance Manual section titled 'List of Login Names and Passwords'):
https://localhost/sql-ledger/admin.pl

If still having problems, then check out the section in the Appliance Manual on installing sql-ledger, which is where I describe changing the sql-ledger admin password.
