OEMR has attained its 501(c)(3) status. We are currently seeking funding opportunities to further the ONC Meaningful Use project. We are also seeking ways to facilitate the use of OpenEMR in FQHC and RHC nationwide.

Membership Model
The Board has approved a model to allow membership in the OEMR as a means of providing some of the ongoing funding needs. These memberships would be tax deductible and are briefly described as follows:
- Basic Membership ($100/year) - one vote per member to elect the Board of Directors
- Enhanced Membership ($500/year) - includes all privileges of basic Membership, plus mention on the main website, more TBD
- Corporate Membership ($1,000/year) - includes all privileges of Enhanced Membership plus logo recognition on the oemr.org website, rebranding support for the certified version.
- This membership level allows for rebrand tracking per ONC_FAQ_on_rebranding_certified_EHRs. Send a screen shot and a diff of your code -vs- 4.1.0 release and sign up to be a corporate member of OEMR. We will then review and post on the oemr.org site your status and "proof" for the ONC-ATCB as a rebrander. There is also a form required by ISCA Labs to get your version listed on CMS site.
